Juvéderm Voluma® XC

When you are young, cheeks are full and round. As you age your cheek area loses its youthful shape, your cheeks flatten, and your skin may begin to sag. Juvederm Voluma XC is designed to add volume to your cheeks, giving you a smoother natural-looking contour and a more youthful look that is long lasting, lasting up to 2 years.

What is Juvederm Voluma XC?

Juvederm Voluma is the first filler formulated with lidocaine that is FDA approved to restore age-related volume changes in the cheeks. Unlike other fillers commonly used to treat the midface, Voluma is a hyaluronic acid (HA) filler. HA fillers are made from long chains of sugars that occur naturally in the skin. Voluma is more dense and is perfect for providing the perfect volume to the face; it is commonly used for correction to the cheeks and midface.

How many Juvederm Voluma XC Treatments will I need?

The average patient will only need one treatment every 18 months unless touch-ups are recommended by your provider.
